Heidi Coffman, SSC

Heidi is a professional strength coach residing in Southeast Georgia that specializes in barbell mechanics and fitness program design. Her primary focus is developing strength, power, and aerobic capacity to optimize physicality for general health, athletic performance, and occupational preparedness. You can find Heidi training at Pipe Hitters Gym in Kingsland, GA and The Facility in Brunswick, Georgia.

Background and Experience
Heidi Coffman is a certified Starting Strength Coach and former owner/operator of Amarillo Strength & Conditioning in Amarillo, Texas. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (min. Chemistry) from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She worked as an analytical chemist prior to pursuing her passion for strength training full time, opening Amarillo Strength & Conditioning in 2008. During the thirteen years of her coaching practice, Heidi acquired extensive experience teaching effective strength and conditioning techniques as they relate to improved quality of life and enhanced performance. Heidi has successfully coached a number of competitive athletes to earning athletic scholarships and setting national records.
